Bicycle Friendly Community
Five years ago, State College Borough applied to the League of American Bicyclists for “Bicycle Friendly” status. They were told they had work to do. The Centre Region Bike Coalition is gearing up to apply again—this time with a regional bike plan. WPSU’s Patty Satalia hops on her road bike to track down the story.
